Dealers at every table
Each and every MSOP table is run by a professional dealer. That means no more waiting for players to shuffle, no worrying about the pots being split properly, no arguments about the rules of the game. The dealer is in total control, quickly solving any disputes and ensuring the game flows smoothly and efficiently. Whether it's your first time playing poker, or you're a seasoned veteran, everyone can appreciate not having to concentrate on dealing and playing at the same time. This makes MSOP games the most socially engaged pub poker games in Melbourne.
Three rounds for one buy-in
Every shown up to a pub poker night, paid your money, landed on what you thought was a huge hand worth pushing all-in on ... only to lose on the river thus ending your entire night after only a short time? MSOP has solved that problem by running three 50-mintute rounds each regular nightly tournament, followed by a nightly final. Qualify on your table in any round, and you've made the nightly final which takes place after all three rounds are finished. This gives you three chances to qualify every night. You're guaranteed at least 3 hours of play. The best part is you pay the entry fee only once!
Play for cash
Our regular nightly games feature a $25 buy-in. $20 of that goes into that night's prize pool, which gets directly split among the night's finalists (the quantity of which is determined by the total number of players). The extra $5 goes into the Season Final prize pool. Earn points for every nightly game you play ... the higher you finish on the night, the more points you get. Every drink or meal you buy from the venue is worth extra points (and chips) as well. Follow your progress on our venue leaderboards, and if you finish the season in a qualifying position, then you're in with a chance at the Season Final!
